Keep- Fringilla montifringilla

We have lots of little and not so little birds in the garden where we live now. This is the first time ever I have seen one like this. :D A beautiful little Fringilla montifringilla.

Shot through glass.

I looked it up since it's the first time I saw one.
The Brambling (Fringilla montifringilla) is a small passerine bird in the finch family Fringillidae. The common English name is probably derived from Common West Germanic *brâma, meaning bramble or a thorny bush. (Compare Standard German Brämling with the same meaning.) It has also been called the Cock o' the North and the Mountain Finch.[2]
